All materials used in our products must be recycled or renewable and responsibly sourced.

Our environmentally conscious profile involves using materials from certified producers, minimal use of chemicals, and local production to reduce the environmental impact of transportation.

AEGTE•AEGTE focuses on creating long-lasting products that reduce our impact on the environment. We optimise the use of sustainable materials such as recycled materials, FSC-certified wood and water-based lacquer, with a growing number of eco-friendly products. Our products must meet strict regulations and are tested to comply with international standards for strength, durability and safety.

The majority of our wooden collection is finished with water-based lacquer which is more environmentally friendly than PU lacquer. The low VOC content in the water-based variant results in fewer pollutants, improving air quality and contributing to a healthier working environment. Additionally, water-based lacquer is often more durable, providing a longer lifespan for your wooden furniture.

AEGTE•AEGTE's wooden products is made from sustainably sourced wood from responsibly managed forests, reducing deforestation and ensuring the preservation of forests for future generations.

The Nordic Swan Ecolabel and the EU Ecolabel are official eco-labels in the Nordics and Europe, respectively, and work to reduce the overall environmental impact from production and consumption. Both labels evaluate the entire product life cycle, promoting circular economy and a sustainable future. AEGTE•AEGTE supports this by developing sustainable, quality products that are designed to last, with a focus on disassembly and recycling at the end of their life.

The products meet high environmental standards throughout their life cycle and are free from hazardous substances, restricted in the use of harmful residues, and have low formaldehyde emissions. All products are free from PVC and meet defined VOC emission criteria.
