Shipping & Delivery

Is the shipping free?

Yes. Worldwide shipping is already included in the price on all watches. We use FedEx with 6-8 days delivery time.

When will I receive my item?

When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. 

Denmark: All orders in Denmark are shipped with GLS. Delivery time in Denmark is usually 1-2 working days.

Other countries worldwide: Delivery time is usually 5-7 working days with FedEx.

You can always follow your order status with the tracking number that you receive when the order is shipped.

*We reserve the right not to deliver in the case that our stock level was incorrect at the time we received the order. If we should be unable to deliver the order, or parts of it, we will contact you by e-mail or phone, and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order. 

Can I change or return my item?

If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us at so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned together with the product without having been tampered with. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. 

Any engraved items cannot be returned.

VAT & Import fees (Outside EU)

Please note, that if you purchase from outside EU, prices are ex. VAT, you therefore may have to pay import taxes according to the laws of that specific country. This is handled by DHL and your national customs authority. Please check with your regional customs authority for more information about import fees. What payment method do you offer?

The amount will be deducted from your account when the purchased item(s) leaves our stock. Prices are included Danish VAT. Unless you are from countries where you do not have to pay Danish VAT such as NO, US or AE, then the prices will be shown excluding VAT.
